My gaffer and I used as much natural light as possible on this to make the spot feel clean and elegant. The talent was stellar as well and the spot turned out great.
This is a fun little spot I did for my friends at Cartoon Network and Mattel for the new Batman Vs. Superman Epic Strike Batmobile toy. The kid talent in this really made the spot! Thanks to Riley McKenzie and Donielle Hansley and their killer VO and Sound FX for making this one rock!

I directed and shot these two Warcraft custom Branded Spots for Universal and [adult swim] with my directing partner at authority films Jonathan Rej. I shoot, and he cuts when we team up and we've done some incredible work together over the years. These two spots were shot anamorphic with vintage "Tohoscope" Kowa Anamorphic lenses. We also had the SFX team from a little show that I can't mention but rhymes with "Tangier Schmings" out to fill the woods with atmosphere. We're definitely stoked on how great these turned out.
I directed shot and produced this spot for Mattel through CN's internal agency. This was the maiden voyage spot for the new studio at RocketSlide Films!
This pieces sole mission is to help Delta passengers identify report and help stop human trafficking and save lives. It was an honor to be asked to direct Owen Vaccaro ( Star of Daddy's Home, House With The Clock in its Walls ) in this piece for Delta through Moxie. Look for it on your next Delta flight. RocketSlide Films Produced and Finished this spot for Moxie.
Putting the camera in the reticle was the mission on this first person shooter live action spot. It was a challenge to build a camera rig that would allow the shooter to aim down the sights through the lens of the camera. We made it happen. We also used live ammo filming this spot so production was incredibly buttoned up and professional.
This video I directed and shot for Moxie won a Digiday award for Best Social Good Campaign in 2016. It was up against some heavy hitters and won which was humbling. It stars some pretty great kids and one you might recognize. It's always fun to do work that helps people.
I directed shot and produced and finished a couple of these for Cartoon Network and Universal. We shot at my friend's Soapbox Films studio in Burbank when the actor's schedule changed last min. Always happy to change the scenery for a spot.
This is an [adult swim] branded movie promo for Expendables 2 starring Dolf Lundgren, Terry Crews and Randy Couture. Instead of the usual boring talking head sitting next to a movie poster promoting the film, the adult swim folks decided to take these guys target shooting. Many Clay pigeons were harmed during the making of this piece.
I directed and shot this spot for my friend Ashley at Awesome Incorporated. It was a challenging but fun project using translucent set walls and tons of DMX controlled Arri Skypanels. I love directing but playing with lighting is so damn fun.
This Season 2 theatrical trailer was shot with my ATL A-team crew for my friends at Cartoon Network and Dreamworks. It was released in 3000 theaters nationwide and aired on Cartoon Network to promote the new season. I owe a ton to Shane Morton and Alice Nisbet who really went above and beyond as usual to make some great fun Viking costumes and props with a tight budget.
I shot produced finished and codirected this CSR TV spot with Chris Bailey via Moxie for BB&T. I also enlisted the help of my good friends at Tiny Lion to compose custom music for this one. Those guys slayed it on their emo version of “This Little Light”. Shortly after this some huge campaigns were using that song in their corporate social responsibility spots. They say imitation...
This is another integrated branding spot I directed shot and produced and finished for Cartoon Network working as the agency. We did an entire season of these that ran all year on Cartoon Network.
Yep I said Lego and Star Wars in the same spot. Jonny Rej and I had a blast directing shooting and cutting this video for the fine folks at Cartoon Network. We got to play with Lego Millennium Falcons on blue screen, shoot in an old school ILM style with borescope lenses, build lego asteroids, and a space worm cave, and basically relive our childhood through the production of this spot. It turned out great! Check it out!
We traveled to SFO to shoot this cool co brand with Anki and Cartoon Network.
